The Opportunity
Join RecoveryAI as our Co-Founding CTO, a critical leadership position where you'll shape the technological vision and foundation of a pioneering digital-health company. You’ll architect and lead the development of innovative, AI-driven solutions designed to fundamentally transform addiction recovery, proactively preventing relapse and saving lives. Responsibilities
Define and implement RecoveryAI’s comprehensive technology strategy, overseeing all technical architecture and infrastructure decisions.
Lead, manage, and mentor a cross-functional technology team encompassing AI, engineering, product development, and data security.
Ensure the delivery of robust, scalable, and secure platforms, integrating predictive modeling, digital phenotyping, AI-driven interventions, and advanced NLP.
Direct the technical roadmap towards achieving clinical validation, regulatory compliance, and FDA Digital-Therapeutic clearance.
Drive strategic partnerships and collaborations, leveraging emerging technologies and fostering innovation.
Ensure adherence to rigorous data privacy standards and security practices, maintaining full HIPAA compliance.
Collaborate closely with executive leadership, clinical teams, and stakeholders to align technology objectives with organizational goals.
Qualifications
Extensive leadership experience as CTO, VP of Engineering, or similar senior technology role, ideally within healthcare, digital therapeutics, or regulated technology sectors.
Strong expertise in AI/ML technologies, predictive analytics, NLP, and real-time adaptive systems.
Proven experience building and scaling secure, high-performing technology infrastructures.
Deep understanding of cloud services (AWS, GCP), software development lifecycles, and agile methodologies.
Exceptional knowledge of regulatory frameworks (FDA, HIPAA), cybersecurity standards, and data governance.
Demonstrated track record leading diverse technical teams in dynamic, high-growth environments.
Passionate about technology-driven social impact, specifically within mental health and recovery.
